Headed by Mr. Oded Harpak Foriland is implementing its high standards and personal approach, executing successfully residential projects in the Tel Aviv metropolis area (mainly TAMA 38).
In our clearance & construction projects we comply to the highest standards, both with respect to the current residents as well as to the new apartments purchasers.
USA and Central Europe
Our overseas track record includes the inception and management together with US real estate experts of ORForiland, a real estate Fund, focused in single family properties in the US sunbelt (i.e. Florida, Nevada and Arizona).
Other initiatives in the USA (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Louisiana) are mainly in the multi family business.
In Central Europe our activity is concentrated in Hungary and Poland.
